Kanye West allegedly showed candid photos of his ex Kim Kardashian to the staff
After Adidas cut ties with Kanye West over his anti-Semitic rants, former employees alleged that the rapper showed employees porn and explicit photos of ex-wife Kim Kardashian as a “scare tactic”.
In a scathing Rolling Stone report published Tuesday, a young creator claimed West showed him a candid photo of the reality TV star, 41, during a 2018 job interview.
“My wife just sent me this,” the “heartless” rapper allegedly told him as he fetched a “very revealing and personal” photo of Kardashian on his phone.
At least one other former employee allegedly remembered West, 43, showing a candid video of Kardashian — who filed for divorce from the rapper in 2021 — to Yeezy’s creative team that same year.
When asked about West showing photos of the Skims founder, a third person seemed to confirm the allegations. They claimed that West “wasn’t afraid to show explicit images or talk about situations that should be kept private.”
These incidents are also detailed in an open letter titled “The Truth About Yeezy: A Call to Action for Adidas Leadership,” which was obtained by Rolling Stone.
In it, several high-ranking Yeezy employees called on Adidas executives to turn off their “moral compass” and alleged that they had allowed West to create an “abusive” company culture.
Employees noted that the public got a taste of West’s problematic behavior when he released a 30-minute YouTube documentary in which he showed pornographic Adidas executives — a common occurrence according to the insider.
In a fisheye lens shot, the 45-year-old held his phone horizontally in front of the uncomfortable businessmen while playing a video.
“Is this a porn movie?” someone asked, to which West replied, “Yes.”
“Jesus Christ,” one of the men, whose face was blurred, shrieked.
“Come on, man. Come on,” the man said while pushing the phone away as West tried to force them to watch some more.
Former employees of the outlet also alleged that West would constantly show pornographic photos and videos — including his own sex tapes.
“I feel like it was a tactic to break someone down and prove their unwavering loyalty to them, testing and destroying people’s boundaries,” said one person, while another claimed West specifically targeted female employees.
Representatives for Kardashian and West did not immediately respond to the Big Six’s request for comment.
West had previously opened up about his “addiction to pornography”, saying it had “ruined” his family.
“Hollywood is a giant brothel pornography destroyed my family, I deal with the addiction to Instagram promoting it and I will not let that happen to Northey and Chicago,” the rapper wrote in a deleted Instagram post in September.
West shares four children — North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm — with the Skkn founder, whom he married in 2014.
However, earlier this month he vowed to give up porn, sex, and talking for an entire month — which he quickly failed to do.
“I’m taking a 30-day cleanup. A verbal fast. No alcohol. No adult movies. No sexual intercourse,” says the disgraced rapper wrote via Twitter.
