Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed if she’s still friends with her famous girlfriends.
When it comes to “conscious disengagement,” the 50-year-old Goop has some A-list experience because her romantic history includes a trinity of major Hollywood romances.
The Oscar-winning singer — who recently returned from a romantic Paris vacation with husband Brad Falchuk, 51 — opened up about her politics of turning breakups into friendships when she answered fan questions from her Instagram direct messages.

“Pretty much,” Paltrow wrote, responding to a fan’s question about whether or not she stayed friends with her former flames.
“I really believe in conscious separation,” the Shakespeare in Love star explained, referring to the term she famously used during her divorce from Chris Martin in 2014.
She wrote, “When you’re having meaningful time with someone, it’s nice to turn into friendship. I don’t want to have blood with anyone, ever (if I can help it).”
The lifestyle expert married Coldplay in 2003 and they went on to parent their two children — 18-year-old daughter Apple and 16-year-old son Moses.

Paltrow continued to seek love with producer Brad Falchuk, whom she married in 2018.
Falchuk is not threatened by his wife, who befriends her famous friends.
“My husband is probably like the least judgmental and most secure man in our relationship,” Paltrow gushed to ET.
