“Papillon” stars Robbie as Nellie Laroy, and Pitt as Jack Conrad. The film marks the third time the two have worked together. They both appeared in “The Big Short” in 2015 and were in “Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood” in 2019.
Robbie recently opened up in an interview with E! The news that her character’s spontaneous kiss with Pete’s character wasn’t originally made into the script.
“It wasn’t in the script,” Robbie said of the kissing scene. But I thought, ‘When will I get another chance to kiss Brad Pitt?'” I will go for it. ”

Robbie said that she and Chazelle agreed that the kiss was good for her character. When it came time to film the scene, the kiss ended up being a moment that Damian knew was necessary to make the final cut.
The comedy-drama hits theaters just in time for the December 23 holiday.
