Wendy Williams is looking on the bright side and admitted that she was more than ready for love during a live interview at New York’s 107.5 Circle of Sisters event earlier Monday.
The TV personality, 58, was energized and in high spirits when she made her comeback in the public eye and happily revealed that she “can’t wait” to bring a new man into her life.
The remarkably talented presenter checked into a rehab facility earlier this year in September due to a relapse with alcohol, which eventually caused the star to struggle with health issues.

‘Can’t wait’: Amidst her interview, the presenter revealed to the audience that she ‘can’t wait to fall in love’
The star looked healthy and glowing as she sat comfortably on stage amid her former radio station’s annual Circle of Sisters event in the Big Apple, celebrating “20 years as the original Black female empowerment show,” according to the official website.
Wendy shone in a dark gray shiny jumpsuit that was tied in the front with a belt made of the same fabric and sparkling details.
To stay warm in the chilly fall weather, the talk show host slipped into a favorite pair of big black fuzzy boots.
She spoke enthusiastically to the audience in short videos uploaded to the radio station’s Instagram homepage to capture special moments.

Every now and then: Wendy looked to be in good spirits as she headed to a photo shoot for her podcast in New York City on Monday. The star, who spoke candidly about her health concerns including lymphedema and Graves’ disease as she crossed the arms of a companion, smiled after three months of raising concerns about her ornate frame and rambunctious demeanor (pictured right).
While interviewing under the bright lights of the stage, Wendy gushed to the audience, saying “I can’t wait to fall in love.”
However, the star admitted that she did not “want to get married,” but made it clear what she was looking for in a man.
“I want him to have kids already.” I want him to be somewhere around my age, maybe 10 years younger than me, maybe 15 years older than me, you know what I mean,” said the TV personality, audience and interviewer, JusNik.
Then we’ll be able to do things together like we want to fly a surprise from NYC, if we want to fly to France to be there from two days to eat or whatever.

Other Plans: Despite revealing that she’s ready for love, the TV personality added that she doesn’t want to get married.

Her ideal man: When talking about what she was looking for, Wendy stated, “I want him to have kids already,” and, “I want him to be somewhere near my age.”
Wendy was previously married to her first husband, Bertrand Gregory, since 1994 but their divorce was finalized shortly after in 1995.
She tied the knot back in 1999 with Kevin Hunter, with whom she shares a 22-year-old son. The couple divorced after twenty years in 2019 after he fathered a child with his mistress, Sharina Hudson.
During the session, an audience member had the opportunity to share kind words with Wendy, along with admiring the star’s strength, saying, “There are millions of us standing behind you.”
As Williams listened, she could be seen crying as the crowd erupted into a round of applause.
“I have tears of laughter but also sincere tears. Just… Thank you all for being here today,” the announcer said emotionally with a shiver in her voice.

Wendy was released from a health facility last month after checking in earlier in September following a relapse with alcohol use. Fans expressed concern about the star’s health early on due to her slim frame and confused exchanges.
In October, after the star left the wellness facility, a representative told E! News, “Wendy is excited about the road ahead and is looking forward to launching her many projects.”
The statement continued, “You want to say, ‘Thank you to my fans for your love, support, and many prayers, I’m back and better than ever.'”
The Wendy Williams Show, which has aired for a whopping 14 seasons, premiered its final episode earlier in June. Sherri Shepherd, who had filled in for Wendy during the past season due to the star’s medical issues, has taken over the time slot with her own show titled Sherri.
Although her beloved series is coming to an end, the former host has been working on her latest podcast project, The Wendy Williams Experience.
