The brick home is located in the West Village. Taylor, 32, rented the brick house when she started dating long-term boyfriend Joe Alwyn in 2016 and was the inspiration for the 2019 Cornelia Street runway.
Taylor rented the property while renovations were being made to her $18 million Tribeca residence.
