Update (December 19, 2022): The Assassin’s Creed Jade beta test leaked online over the weekend that showed fans three minutes of gameplay. Now, just a few days later, more leaks of the upcoming game have surfaced online.
Most of these leaks were shared on the GamingLeaksandRumours subreddit, so if you’re trying to avoid seeing anything about Assassin’s Creed Jade beforehand, we suggest staying away from that specific subreddit for now. If these leaks are due to the build of Assassin’s Creed Jade, it looks as though the iOS/Android game will play similarly to other beloved games in the series while still having unique gameplay.

ORIGINAL (Dec 17, 2022): Another day, another leak from Ubisoft and this time, the Assassin’s Creed adventure currently called “Jade” has been leaked online.

Ubisoft announced Assassin’s Creed Jade in September (Opens in a new tab) It’s confirmed to be a full open world entry in the series that is set in China and is built for mobile devices – which is exactly where this footage was taken, apparently.
The leak gives us a sneak peek at the unmodified gameplay from an early build, including combat, cut scenes, and environments for the new title as well, as well as the flavor of the game’s UI.
You can see the player character walking across the Great Wall of China, which seems to happen quite late in the game, since the character is level 40 (thanks, The Gamer (Opens in a new tab)). There are also some combat tutorials to enjoy as well.
The OP says they just share it, of course, and aren’t responsible for it being leaked – rumor has it, it first appeared on Facebook – but I don’t suppose the footage will stay online much longer. So if you’re interested, make it quick!
Assassin’s Creed Jade – or whatever it will eventually be called – takes place around the year 215 BC and will let you create your own character with which you will be able to explore ancient China.
“You’ll have the opportunity to do things like parkour on top of the Great Wall of China, sneak through bustling cities, engage in dogfights, and discover the secrets and vastness of ancient China,” explains Executive Producer Marc-Alexis Kott. in time.
