Bride looking back at her wedding photos, notices something ‘off-putting’ after zooming in: ‘It’s a lie’

A newly married woman was shocked when she looked closely at her wedding photos, and TikTokers warned her that this was a huge red flag.

Mom and TikToker Heather (@heatherlynn6977) has garnered more than 18.2 million views, 2.1 million likes, and 10,000 comments after she uploaded her findings to her account.

Now, like the mom who accidentally recorded the moment that changed her entire marriage, Heather’s photos have gone viral.

Get your wedding photos back and [you] Notice something,” Heather’s video begins.

As she scrolls through the wedding photos, nothing seems strange about her — until she gets to the set that was taken with her, the groom, and their private party.

Looking closely at the groom, she saw a hand on his arm—and later, that same hand clasping his hand.

“I think I’ll get a sister-in-law,” she jokes, referring to the polygamous term for a woman married to her husband.

Despite her tongue-in-cheek response to the photos, Heather explained in the video caption that the bridesmaid in question was simply nervous, unsteady on her heels, and had too much wine.

However, TikTokers did not buy this interpretation.

“Looks like the whole thing. Excessive wine didn’t cause his facial expressions,” one user wrote.

Another user commented: “I’m getting a new husband and boyfriend/sister.”

“I would have simply lost him,” another wrote.

“Didn’t she get the note that she’s not the bride?!!!!!” wrote one user.

In a follow-up video, this time featuring her new husband, the couple explain that the bridesmaid is just a friend and lost her balance when the wedding photographer asked the group to pose for a ridiculous pose.

“Sorry to disappoint everyone who wanted me to be a cheater and a maid of honor to be a home wrecker. That’s not what actually happened,” Heather’s husband told the camera.

However, TikTok was not yet convinced.

One user commented, “It still doesn’t explain the first situation when you grab his arm.”

Another commented: “She’s working her way to your place.”

“Waiting for the divorce announcement,” one user wrote.

“I’m sorry sis your wedding looks so beautiful but it’s a lie. I was hurt enough to tell the difference unfortunately,” someone else shared.

According to the couple, they’ve been enjoying everyone’s strong reactions to the photos, and they’re taking everything in stride. “Thanks for the comments. They were all very funny to all of us involved in this,” Heather’s husband said.
