Sylvester Stallone admitted he was worried that filming his new reality show Paramount + would be awkward “every day.”
The 76-year-old actor stars in an upcoming family reality series alongside wife Jennifer Flavin, 54, and daughters Sophia, 26, Sistine, 24, and Scarlett, 20, which was created by the producers of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. .
“I think, ‘Why do I need to do this shit, seriously?'” Stallone told ET Canada in an interview published Thursday.
“So you had to set the standards. No one comes to the bathroom and watches you brush your teeth.”

Stallone went on to say that “99 percent” of the show was for “my girls to explore their lives, see it, date it and I’ll show myself here and there.”
“I want to get real with my girls,” he noted. “I actually want to get screenshots of that.”
The “Tulsa King” actor explained that although filming the series was “uncharted waters” for him, he found it “interesting” to give fans a look into his home life.
“I’d like to see stars grow up and see stars like, ‘Oh, here’s Brando at home making eggs and walking around.'” “That’s interesting,” he said.
“They’re actually human beings. They don’t walk around in sunglasses and people wear makeup all day and draw lines to learn. They do really silly, repetitive, wacky things we all do in life. That kind of thing.”
Stallone has paid tribute to “The Osbournes,” the MTV reality show that followed the family life of Black Sabbath founder Ozzy Osbourne, for his health.
“I think the first one that really hit it was Ozzy Osbourne,” he said. “He just didn’t care.” My dog poops on the floor, I’m not some star. “
Last month, Stallone announced the reality show in a video he shared on his brother Frank’s Instagram page. He said in the clip, “It was done by Bonim Murray, who were the force behind the Kardashians and it’s a very, very strong lineup.”
“That would be amazing,” he added. “I’m on a reality show, and I’m in and out.”
Stallone said he was excited to be on the show because he wanted to spend time with his family. “And what is better?” He said. “When you have to deal with each other all day and it’ll be in a movie. I’ll be there forever more or less with the family.”
Earlier this month, Stallone told The Hollywood Reporter that his biggest regret was not spending more time with his family because of his busy career. “That’s one of the reasons I got into reality shows because I had a lot of time,” he explained.
The actor told the outlet that the unscripted series would be the “ultimate home movie”.

Stallone also revealed that his brief breakup with Flavin will be included in the show. In August, the former model filed for divorce from the actor after 25 years of marriage. However, the couple announced that they had reconciled at the end of September.
“Of course it’s part of the show,” he said. “It’s the John Lennon thing: ‘Life is what happens when you make other plans.’ We hope you’re on board with people who understand the vulnerabilities and fragility of life and how rare a genuinely good relationship can be.”
“Sometimes I put work first [my family]This is a tragic mistake that will not be repeated.”
