Almost all of the key OnePlus 11 specifications are now engraved in stone

It was rumored at one point to become official… Five days ago, the next flagship of OnePlus in the meantime was scheduled for February 7, 2023 debut. Knowing the company, we can basically expect all OnePlus 11 key information to be revealed, teased or even completely detailed before this official announcement date, and in fact, if we are to rely on “unofficial” sources, a lot of things are already out of the bag.

Latest such source to join OnePlus 11 preview games are never An error in the specifications and features of the phone, at least with regard to the Chinese versions. This is because device manufacturers submit their products to Tenaa for regulatory approval before they can begin selling said products in the world’s largest smartphone market, the agency often publishes. Disclosure of documents shortly after reviewing them.

This is pretty much the final and fully official OnePlus 11 spec sheet

  • 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 3216 x 1440 pixels (120Hz refresh rate technology)
  • Dimensions 163.1 x 74.1 x 8.53 mm
  • Weight 205 grams
  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor with 8 CPU cores clocked at up to 3.2GHz
  • 12 and 16 GB RAM options
  • 256 GB and 512 GB internal storage
  • The rear camera system is 50 + 48 + 32 MP
  • 16 MP front camera
  • 4,870 mAh battery
While there are certainly some missing pieces of the Tenaa puzzle, other authoritative sources have spoiled those surprises as well in recent weeks, revealing, for example, the amazing mind-blowing. 100W charging capabilities for the OnePlus 11’s under 5,000mAh cell.
Technically, the battery is listed at 2,435mAh, but that’s obviously only half of its true capacity, which is still less than The OnePlus 10 Pro’s cell capacity is 5,000mAh. The (very small) downgrade is an unpleasant surprise since the The OnePlus 11 is expected to more or less retain the overall measurements of its Pro-branded predecessor while keeping the screen diagonal (and resolution) completely unchanged.

Software-wise, the OnePlus 11 is guaranteed to run Android 13 out of the box, and in terms of “other” features that the Tenaa docs don’t mention, we’d probably highlight the presence of an in-display fingerprint sensor and the return of the iconic wake-up slider.

OnePlus 11 vs. the competition

Is it too early to predict how this bad boy will fare against the other big contenders for a title The best Android phone in 2023? Maybe. But we know a lot more about The Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra are already in addition to the OnePlus 11, and specifically from a specs standpoint, we might not be looking at a direct competitor to Samsung’s next, more advanced phone here.
Even with the renewed focus on Hasselblad technology and its very bulky camera module, something tells us that the OnePlus 11’s overall photography skills won’t be able to match the photographic capabilities of the OnePlus 11. Galaxy S23 Ultra beast with a 200 megapixel primary rear facing.

That would leave the OnePlus 11 filling it in by 6.6 inches Galaxy S23 Plus is for the love, attention, and hard-earned money of power Android users on (slightly) lower budgets.

It remains to be seen if this thing will start at a lower price than the OnePlus 10 Pro, a theory apparently supported by the lack of Pro branding and some cost-cutting specs like a 16MP selfie camera but may have been debunked by the lack of 8GB of ROM. RAM and 128GB storage variants, at least in China.
