Eddie Cibrian Responds to Allegations in the Piper Perabo Case of Randy Glanville
Eddie Cibrian shuts down ex-wife Brandi Glanville’s claims that he cheated on her with actress Piper Perabo during their marriage.
“I’m sad I have to process this, I truly believe we’ve come such a long way, but that wasn’t right 19 years ago and it’s not right now,” the actor told Page Six in a statement.
He continues, “Just because someone thinks something might be true doesn’t make it true.” “This is all unnecessary.”
“Fun times at the Christmas table await,” Cibrian, 49, adds sarcastically — as he maintains a co-parenting relationship with Glanville, with whom he shares sons Mason, 19, and Jake, 15.
Glanville previously claimed to Page Six in an exclusive interview that she had reason to believe Cibrian was the “f-king” Perabo, now 46, throughout the production of his 2005 movie “The Cave.”
They did a movie together and [my son] Mason was 1 year old and I went on set and it was in another country, Romania, I think, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum said.
“And the [Perabo] The host of the “Unfiltered” podcast also confirmed.
Glanville recalled feeling uneasy when she witnessed Cyprien and Birabo’s alleged interactions on the set of her then-husband’s action-horror film — which was shot in 2004 on location between Romania and Mexico.
She claimed “she was flirting with Eddie, like, right in front of me.” “I was like, ‘Am I here?'” Am I the only one [seeing this]? Like, what’s going on? “
Glanville’s suspicions were further fueled by information allegedly shared by members of the “Cave” crew.
“I made friends on the set and heard a lot of things,” she told us.
When asked what she heard, Glanville claims she was told “that Piper and Eddie were king.”
Perabo representatives have not yet responded to Page Six despite repeated requests for comment.
According to Glanville, she ran into Cibrian when he returned home to Los Angeles after the project ended.
“He convinced me it wasn’t true,” she claimed, explaining why she decided to stay with him.
“We had a one-year-old son who was the love of my life at the time, and you know, there was a lot of coaxing me into things.”
In addition, Glanville alleged that Cibrian dismissed the concerns, calling them “insane,” “jealous,” and “that whole deal.”
Cyprien had been accused of being unfaithful to Glanville before. He had high-profile relationships with “Vanderpump Rules” OG Scheana Shay and country singer LeAnn Rimes, his current wife.
Glanville has been stuck with Cibrian through his affairs with Shay, now 37, but calls it quits for good after he strikes up a not-so-secret romance with Reims, who’s now 40.
Glanville and Cibrian eventually divorced in 2010 after nine years of marriage.
The ‘Playboy Club’ actor tied the knot with Rimes in 2011, two years after they met on the set of the Lifetime romantic drama ‘Northern Lights’.
Glanville — who appears on the upcoming episode of the “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast on Page Six — said she’s amused by the fact that Rimes and Perabo appeared together in the 2000 blockbuster “Coyote Ugly.”
“It’s kind of ironic [Perabo] He was in the movie “Coyote Ugly” with LeAnn. I’m like, “Oh my God, they shared the same D,” said the outspoken TV personality, who spoke with Page Six while promoting her role in Peacock’s new reality competition series Traitors.
Incidentally, Rimes and Perabo were once linked to the same man — years before either of them worked with Cibrian.
In 2001, Rhimes split from her longtime beau, “10 Things I Hate About You” Andrew Keegan, after he was reportedly dumped by Perabo, in E! Pick up the news for a Daily News article.
“Traitors” premieres Jan. 12 on Peacock.
