Brandi Glanville slams ‘ct’ Piper Perabo over Eddie Cibrian’s alleged affair
Brandi Glanville claims her ex-husband, actor Eddie Cibrian, had actress “F-King” Piper Perabo on the set of his 2005 movie “The Cave.”
They did a movie together and [my son] Mason was 1 year old and I went on set and it was in another country, Romania, I think, claims the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, 50, in an exclusive interview with Page Six.
“And the [Perabo] It was awful to me,” the “Unfiltered” podcast host adds, point blank.
Glanville says she felt uncomfortable seeing Perabo and Cyprien’s alleged interactions.
“She was flirting with Eddie, like, right in front of me,” she said. “I was like, ‘Am I here?'” Am I the only one [seeing this]? Like, what’s going on? “
Glanville, who married Cibrian in May 2001, notes that she sought to befriend the members of the “Cave” crew — and they kept her informed of what was happening on set.
“I made friends on the set and heard a lot of things,” she tells us.
When asked what she heard, Glanville claims she was told “that Piper and Eddie were king.”
According to Glanville, she confronted Cibrian about the alleged affair when he returned home to Los Angeles after the shoot wrapped.
“When he gets home, I’m leaving, blah blah, I’m out,” she narrates.
However, Glanville eventually decided she wasn’t going to throw in the towel — at least not yet.
“He convinced me it wasn’t true,” she says. “We had a one-year-old son who was the love of my life at the time, and you know, there was a lot of coaxing me into things.”
The Drinking and Tweeting author also claims Cibrian brushed off her concerns, telling her she was “crazy” and “jealous” and “that whole deal.”
And I was like, ‘Okay. “I was so in love,” she says of her choice to commit to Cyprien’s side. “Like, I was blindly in love with the guy.”
A rep for Cibrian declined to comment when reached by Page Six. Perabo representatives have yet to get back to us despite repeated requests.
Perabo, 46, starred alongside Ciprian, now 49, in 2005’s “The Cave,” an action-horror film about a group of cave divers and scientists who become trapped while exploring a cave system in Romania. .
The critically acclaimed movie was shot on location between Romania and Mexico for a period in 2004. Cibrian and Glanville welcomed their firstborn, Mason, now 19, on June 8, 2003. (They also share a younger son named Jake, who’s now 15.) general.)
Prior to Cibrian’s alleged flirtation with Perabo, he was involved in high-profile affairs with “Vanderpump Rules” star Scheana Shay and country star LeAnn Rimes.
While Glanville remained loyal to Cibrian’s popularity despite his months-long affair with Shay, now 37, in 2006, his widely reported 2009 fling with Rimes, now 40, prompting the couple to separate for good.
Glanville and Cibrian eventually divorced in 2010 after nine years of marriage.
The “Playboy Club” actor married Rimes in 2011, two years after they met on the set of the Lifetime romantic drama “Northern Lights.”
Glanville finds it “ironic” that both Rimes and Perabo appeared in the 2000 movie “Coyote Ugly” — long before Cibrian entered the picture.
“It’s kind of ironic [Perabo] He was in the movie “Coyote Ugly” with LeAnn. I’m like, “Oh my God, they shared the same D,” joked the outspoken TV personality.
Perabo played the lead role of Violet Sanford, an aspiring singer-songwriter who moves to New York City with dreams of success in the music world – but instead finds herself working as a waitress downtown.
Meanwhile, Rimes provided the soundtrack for “Coyote Ugly” with the single “Can’t Fight the Moonlight”, performing it as a cameo at the end.
Glanville, who says she’s in a “good place” with Rimes today, claims to Page Six that the “Coyote Ugly” poster was once displayed at the latter’s home with Cibrian.
“They’ve had the poster in their house for some time,” she told us. And I’m like, ‘You might want to take that girl down. ”
Admittedly, Glanville isn’t a fan of the Y2K movie — or Perabo, for that matter.
“I don’t like her as a person, because I thought she was my husband,” she says.
Interestingly enough, Rhimes and the “Yellowstone” actress were once linked to the same man years before working with Cibrian – but only a year after appearing together in “Coyote Ugly.”
In 2001, teenage Rhimes broke up with her longtime boyfriend, actor Andrew Keegan, on “10 Things I Hate About You,” after he reportedly flirted with Perabo, per E! Pick up the news for a Daily News article.
Glanville’s recollections of Cyprian, Berabo and Rhymes came while she was promoting her latest unrecorded gig, Traitors, to Peacock.
The new quiz series, hosted by Alan Cumming, and set in a remote castle in Scotland, features reality TV icons like herself, “Under Deck” OG Kate Chastain and former “The Bachelor” Arie Luyendyk Jr.
“It’s like ‘Big Brother’ meets ‘Fear Factor’ but also in a castle in Europe? Get me involved!” she says excitedly. “I had a lot of fun.”
Hear more from Glanville in the upcoming episode of Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast.
“Traitors” premieres Jan. 12 on Peacock.
